The early bird AGM registration fee is NOK 1800 until April 12, 2010. After that the registration fee is NOK 2200. The registration fee includes programmed meals: 3 lunches, 2 dinners, 1 soarée and coffee and tea during brakes.  

Cancellation or reduction of accommodation after August 13 will not be reimbursed. Cancellation to the meeting made after August 20 will trigger a cancellation fee of NOK 200 per person.
